With parking for two vehicles in the garage and two more in the driveway, our three-story home welcomes you on the lower level with a spacious foyer boasting bench seating and a generous coat closet. Hardwood floors grace the entire home, except for the tiled bathrooms. Ascend the stairs to the main living area, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a large farm sink, and a high-end gas range and oven. The adjacent dining area opens to a cozy living room with a sectional couch, smart TV, and a captivating two-way fireplace facing the large deck. A powder room and laundry room conveniently complement the main living space.

Step onto the expansive deck offering ample seating to enjoy the fireplace or marvel at a picturesque mountain view sunset. Adjacent to the living room is the opulent primary suite featuring a King Casper mattress, a private bath with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, water closet, and a spacious walk-in closet—offering nothing but the best for our guests.

Additional guest rooms on the top floor include a bedroom with two twins, and a queen bedroom with TV, and a small adjoining room with a twin daybed (great for families with small children). A third bedroom, or "lounge room," as we call it, features a great space to relax and watch TV, or it can sleep one on a twin-sized lounge/bed. A full bathroom serves these rooms with a large vanity with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
