Welcome to The Glendell, an ideal home base accommodating up to five guests in the south end of Asheville's charming Arden neighborhood. This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath residence offers a comfortable living room opening into the kitchen along with a spacious den featuring a Roku TV for games and family time. Nestled in a quaint mid-century neighborhood, our home is just minutes away from Asheville's premier outdoor amenities, shopping, and dining.

Upon arrival, park in the shady driveway with space for two cars. The cozy living room, adorned with a gas fireplace and comfortable seating, seamlessly connects to the well-equipped kitchen, providing all necessary cooking utensils and dining ware. The kitchen extends to a bonus living space with a Roku TV, Xbox, and additional seating for four, accompanied by a shelf of games and books for family enjoyment. Continuing through the hallway, the first bedroom features a full-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a large desk, a twin bed, and a dresser that doubles as a changing station. On the left side of the hallway, discover a full bath with a tub and shower.

The primary bedroom, the second door on the left, offers a comfortable queen bed, a large closet, a smart TV with streaming access, and an attached half bath. Guests can unwind in the large backyard with outdoor furniture and a chiminea firepit. Bring your firewood and lawn games or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck in the morning.
